T. Flint Sparks, Ph.D.

Flint is a licensed psychologist with over twenty-five years experience in the practice of psychotherapy. He works with adults in a private practice setting and sees clients in individual, couples, and group therapy. His academic training includes graduate degrees in both biology and psychology, with post-doctoral certifications in Hakomi Therapy and Group Therapy. Flint is also currently training with the Center for Self Leadership in the Internal Family Systems model.

We live in a society in which our communication style has become increasingly aggressive. More and more people resort to violence, and out of a sense of desperation, the only methods we can imagine to restore a sense of safety are often violent in turn. Edgework offers diverse trainings and other services to calm and protect people in desperate situations.

All trainings are contracted with specific organizations, tailor-made to their specific needs. Edgwork offers no open seminars to the general public at this time.

Body-Centered Coaching

Marlena Field is a Professional Certified Coach who has written a book titled "Body-Centered Coaching: using the body as a resource for change". She has blended Hakomi skills with coaching skills to create powerful body-centered techniques that you can use immediately with your clients. She has an accompanying set of 3 CDs. Marlena teaches by tele-training and in person.

In the 20 years of New Age Journal, they have produced articles and accumulated resources that cover hundreds of progressive and cutting edge topics.
